Eyal Mehaber is a real estate investor and multifamily specialist with over 25 years of experience in acquiring, repositioning, and managing large real estate assets. With a proven track record of identifying high-potential multifamily investments, Eyal has successfully acquired, stabilized, and exited over 5,000+ apartment units, consistently delivering 2x equity multiples and 20%+ IRR for investors. Since 2002, Eyal has focused on multifamily apartment buildings across the state of Florida, leveraging a value-add strategy to acquire underperforming assets, optimize operations, increase rental income, and strategically exit within 2-3 years for maximum returns.
Earlier in his career, Eyal was involved in a variety of real estate projects throughout the country, including retail centers, NNN properties, anchor tenant strip centers, industrial properties, vacant land acquisitions, office buildings, real estate notes, and condo conversions, demonstrating his ability to capitalize on diverse market opportunities. However, over the past 10 years, he has heavily focused on multifamily investments, believing it to be the most resilient and scalable asset class. Before becoming a full-time investor, Eyal was a top-producing commercial real estate agent at Capital Commercial Group Inc., where he facilitated over $100 million in transactions and was recognized as the Highest Selling Newcomer (1998), Top Listing Agent (1998-2003), and Top Earning Agent (1999-2003).
As the founder of EM Equity, Eyal continues to scale multifamily investments, executing high-yield value-add strategies that generate strong risk-adjusted returns for investors. His approach is simple: find the right asset, create value, and maximize investor profits.
